The Certes Customer Support Portal offers registered customers access to software and documentation downloads only.
To register you will need a valid email address with your organization and a Sales Order Number from any Certes equipment or software purchase. The Sales Order number can be found on any invoice or packing slip from Certes.
To begin the registration process please have your Sales Order number handy and then click the "Register" button.
Once you have completed the registration form a confirmation email will be sent to you as well as to Customer Support.
After your email address has been confirmed Customer Support will enable your account for access. Until Customer Support enables your account, you will have access to our documentation repository.
Confirmation and activation of your account may take up to 24 hours.
